Tenant applications and defense

Have questions about your landlord? Tenants have rights and are protected by the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006. Available for tenants who qualify are services such as the Community Legal Advocacy Centre (http://www.communitylegalcentre.ca/) and Duty Counsel at the hearings. We offer representation to draft and prepare all applications and represent you in your case before the Landlord and Tenant Board including negotiating your position leading up to your hearing to see if we can reach a resolution in advance of the hearing as well as keeping you advised as to your rights and responsibilities.

Some Tenants opt to hire their own representation. If retained we can take steps to protect your rights.
